YOGA INSTRUCTOR + EXPERIENCE CREATOR

Yoga Retreat Ecuador July 2022

Ecuador is a beautiful and diverse country that has given its name to the Middle of the World. The Andes mountains here are magnificently peaceful. This place has inspired us to create a travel experiance for people looking to connect deeply with themselves and nature.

We offer a 5-day package with the possibility to extend your stay to 8 days. This experience includes daily meditation and asana practice, as well as one hiking trip each day. In order to sign up, travelers must have good physical conditioning and prepare in advance for the altitude at the mountains.

We will stay at Hacianda Loma Tika, located between the colorful towns of Otavalo and Cotacachi. This lodge has amazing views of the sorrounding mountains, which you will be able to admire from the outdoor jacuzzi with fire-heated water. Of course there is an organic garden that provides for travelers’ consumption. Chimneys everywhere create a cozy environment, rooms have a private bathroom.

The basic itinerary includes 3 hikes and 4 yoga practices. Our intention is to connect with Pachamama by spending a lot of time outdoors. Each hike we will do represents an element; air, water, fire or earth, as well as each yoga class will flow with the qualities of these different energies. Extend your stay three more nights so your body becomes more used to the elevation and you are able to visit the refuge at Cotopaxi, one of the most beautiful volcanoes in the world.

One night we will have a special activity outside by the bonfire. We will celebrate the New Moon as a new beginning, as an oppotunity to plant the seed for the next cycle in our lives.

If you are the kind of person that enjoys nature and being active, this travel experience is for you. No previous familiarity with the practice of yoga is requiered, beginners are welcome to sign up.

Save your spot with the group guided in English (July 25-29, 2022) with $100 via Paypal.

«Back in 2011 I fell in love with the Andes when I travelled to Ecuador for the first time. Since, I’ve returned many times to recharge my energies in the Middle of the World.

To me the mountains are a place of peace and healing. You respect them and they protect you. Going as high as your body allows brings you a great reward that my words have not yet leaned to describe.

I invite you to join me on this experience meant to reconnect with ourselves and with Pachamama».

Verlos avanzar y fortalecerse me brinda mucha gratificación.
